01Resource alignment
Connective tissue between doers and funders, so capital moves toward integrated, longer horizon efforts. The question shifts from what are we funding to what are we funding in relation to. Only something that sits between the two sides can answer it.
02Shared services
Pooled finance, HR, legal, security, IT and communications, so organisations stop each building everything alone. Every organisation needs payroll, contracts and cyber security. None of them gains anything by running those differently from the others.
03Safe AI
A trusted AI environment with usable agents, and help building the tools each organisation actually needs. AI is changing the operating environment faster than most organisations in this field can respond to alone, and the cost of getting it wrong falls unevenly.
04Shared knowledge
Pooled data and decision ready insight into where the seven foundations meet and reinforce each other. Knowledge not travelling across silos was one of the most consistent findings of the research. Pooled, it is worth a great deal to everyone. Held privately, very little.
05Information integrity
Shared capacity to protect the conditions for trust against manipulation, coordinated attacks and narrative warfare. Attacks on trust are coordinated. Defences that are not coordinated lose. An organisation targeted alone has days to learn what a network already knows.
06Shared learning and leadership
Trusted spaces where leaders align, learn from each other and take the long view, across silos, cultures and generations. Leadership came up in almost every interview: pathways reward specialisation over integration, and there are few safe spaces to be open about dilemmas. No one organisation can build those for itself.
