Why we started
What the listening found →Four people from business, civil society, governance and engagement, connected to many parts of the world, kept arriving at the same uneasy feeling: the way we respond to connected challenges is not working well enough.
We began with a question rather than a plan. How do we align our resources, knowledge and energy to move from fragmentation to cooperation, and from us and them to a larger we?
So we spent ten months listening before proposing anything. What came back was not a shortage of effort. It was a shortage of connection between efforts that were already serious, already funded and already good.
